Agios Nikitas Village & Beach

The prettiest seaside village on Lefkada, almost entirely pedestrian, with a lane sloping down to a small unequipped beach among shops, yogurt bars and tavernas. The water is shallow and calm, ideal for families, and the sunset here is something special. It's also a handy base for exploring the west coast and the departure point for the taxi boats to Milos. The only real downside is parking in high season: you leave the car outside the centre and walk in.
