Agios Ioannis - Windmills Beach

Also called the windmills beach, it's one of the largest on Lefkada, near town on the Gyra spit. A small part is serviced, the rest is vast free beach, where you park for free right by the sea and find space even in August. It has spectacular seabeds with big stones and beautiful water, and a strong wind from early afternoon, ideal for wind sports. It serves up memorable sunsets and photos.
