Farther alternative airport, with onward road transfer.
Athens International Airport (ATH) is Greece's main hub, with the widest choice of flights all year round. It is the practical fallback when nothing flies into Preveza, but it sits on the other side of the country: plan on a long drive west to reach Lefkada. Best suited to off-season trips or to combining Lefkada with a few days in Athens.
