⛴️ Nydri ↔ Meganisi Ferry
Ferries to Meganisi (Spilia/Spartochori and Vathi) leave from Nydri port — handy for a day trip or for travelling with your own vehicle, as the ferry also carries cars and motorbikes. The crossing takes roughly 20–40 minutes. There are several sailings a day in summer, fewer off season; for cars in July/August it's worth booking ahead. Times and fares change by season: always check the latest timetable before travelling.
⛴️ Vasiliki ↔ Kefalonia Ferry
From Vasiliki's newly renovated port, the ferry runs to Kefalonia (Fiskardo) — useful for island-hopping or a day visit when the schedule allows; it also carries cars and motorbikes. The crossing to Fiskardo takes roughly one hour. It is a seasonal service (generally spring to autumn, suspended in winter). Frequency, times and passenger/vehicle fares vary by season: always check the latest timetable, and book ahead for cars in high season.

Seasonal car-and-passenger ferry from Vasiliki to Pisaetos on Ithaca, a great way to reach the legendary island for a day trip without your own boat. Runs in the summer months only, often a few times a day.
